Все темы про Николь собрали в подразделе в разделе школ, потому что найти их очень сложно даже нам.

И последнее в этой теме. Флоринт тоже в курсе, что и где происходит. Последнее решение по этой теме - сертификация судей флористических соревнований, проект "Леонардо да-Винчи".

1. The Judges Certification Project this project is made possible by a grant of the European Commission
2. Reasons• International competitions since 1958• Increasing influence on quality of execution – (Draft) Regulations – TC (Technical Committee)• Education of Judges – So far insufficient to guarantee quality
3. Aim• Promoting the professionality and the development of knowledge and competences relevant for judging in a professional way;• Creating more transparency and comparablility of judging on various levels;• By means of an acknowledged system for the accreditation of (inter)national Judges in floristry.
4. Competence profile• Competence is the capability to perform a certain task within a specific context;• Competence is based on Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes;• Competence profile based on input of a group of renowned judges;
5. Project events• February 2010: Application for a Partnership „Judges Certification and Education” filed at the national agency LdV;• July 2010: application granted!• September: first preparations during informal meetings• October: first taskforce meeting in NL• January 2011: 1st Plenary in Germany• February 2011: taskforce meeting Finland• April 2011: 2nd Plenary in Norway
6. Project events 2• June 2011: 1st Pilot in England• October 2011: 2nd Pilot in Norway• November 2011: 3d Pilot in Finland• January 2012: 4th Pilot in the Netherlands• March 2012: 5th / last Pilot in Germany• June 2012: conclusive & evaluation meeting in England• July / August 2012: finalising documents & writing the final report for Leonardo.

8. Competence profileA professional judge / assessor is:• A practising florist * (* can also be a floristry teacher with the right background and still sufficiently involved in floristry practice).• With the right Attitudes• With the capability/ competences to: – Analyse – Value – Commentate

14. The Assessment System1. Applying portfolio; To be filled in by the candidates on beforehand;2. During assessment: 1. Written analysis of 1 work 2. Judging test; competition + education pieces 3. Diskussion within candidates group Observed by the Assessment Committee 4. Interview with the AC Focus on not yet „proven” competences Valuing / commentating specific works
15. Project outcome• A detailed blueprint / format for an acknowledged system for the assessment and certification of judges in floristry / assessors in exams on national level.• All necessary backing documents / instruments like applying portfolio, checklists, analysing forms etc.• 5 countries being able to officially implement this system in their country.• a group of people having the capability / competences to execute such an assessment, who are also able and willing to assist and coach organisations in other countries with the set-up and implementation of the system in their country.
16. Next steps• Development of an International Assessment• Transferring knowledge and skills regards the national assessment to other countries, with engagement of delegates of the actual partners• Transferring the competences to execute such an assessment to people in other countries Follow-up partnership for the dissemination at Leonardo da Vinci.
17. Timeframe• 2013: – First official assessments in 5 countries involved in the LdV project; – Involving one or two assessors from the other 4 countries; – Assessment training for coming AC-members (who need a certificate) during specific trainings and AC-apprenticeship; – Specific judging training for candidates for the national certificate judge in floral design; – Where possible: partly by organising shadow- judging during competitions;
18. Timeframe• 2014 and further: – Preparatory meetings in dissemination countries (Florint members and others); – Process coaching by dedicated experts of the actual project group; – Pilot assessments in the target countries, involving trained and certified assessors of the home country plus dedicated experts of the actual project group; – Extending training possibilities for candidate judges and for assessment committee members;
19. Consideration• Get-on-board moment for your organisation!? We will not be able to handle all other Florint members in 2013 / 2014! But: the Leonardo partnership would (if granted) lower the expenses; We need to know before end of the year!!!!• Moment the certification will become compulsory for Florint’s competitions? From Europa Cup 2015? Starting with the national certificate plus sufficient command of the English language.

Образование судей – До сих пор недостаточное, чтобы гарантировать качество

Компетентность основана на Знании, Навыках и Отношениях;

Из-за разницы в системах образования Европейских стран, о которой я писала выше, в проект Леонардо да-Винчи вовлечены представители только 5 стран -

Голландия, Германия, Финляндия, Норвегия, Англия

даны критерии, кто именно из этих стран сможет претендовать на то, чтобы стать судьей международных соревнований - профессиональные и образовательные рамки. Остальные страны могут предоставлять своих претендентов в намного меньших квотах, и только со временем.

То есть сейчас Флоринт пошел именно на тот шаг, который мне представлялся логичным в ходе написания статьи - создать мощную основу судей из стран, которые относятся к флористическому образованию как к высшему образованию, а не как к приобретении технической, рабочей профессии.
Впоследствии, исключительно, как я понимаю, из справедливости, вовлечение наиболее опытных флористов в судьи из других стран, но так, чтобы они не могли составить большинство в судейских коллегиях и имели достаточно возможностей пройти теневое судейство, получить достаточный опыт и при успешном прохождении всех этапов и сдаче экзаменов могли также влиться в систему судейства.
Это - о 4 других странах Европы. Какие именно в документе не указано, но остальных стран Европы значительно больше. чем 4. В ближайшее время не будет возможно привлечение судей из остальных стран -членов Флоринта.

Ну, что ж... вполне логично. Порядок на международных соревнованиях, надеюсь, будет наведен намного более серьезный, чем он был, осталось только решить вопрос с регионами.


Да, и что было сюрпризом даже для меня, что стандартная линейка статусов флористов - флорист/флорист-дизайнер/мастер-флорист существует, оказывается, только в пяти странах. И все(((( Думала положение в Европе с флористическим образованием намного лучше.
